Mountain of God Learning Center Incorporated Terms and Conditions
1. I hereby agree to pay the accountability at MOGLCI for the A. Y. 20011-2012. 2. I further agree that my child will not be allowed to take his/her monthly/quarterly examination unless account abilities for the month have been settled. 3. I understand that the reservation fees are nonrefundable and non transferable but will be credited to my child's account upon his/her enrollment. 4. If for any reason I withdraw my child's enrollment from MOGLCI, I agree to the to the following conditions: 4.1 Withdrawal before June-refund of 70% on tuition fees. 4.2 Withdrawal before August-refund of 50% on the tuition fees. 4.3 Withdrawal from August onward-No clearances will be issued by the MOGLCI unless the payment for the school fees for the whole year shall have been fully paid. 5. I hereby agree that late exam or special exam will be charges P 25.00 per subject. 6. I hereby agree that MOGLCI is a Christian School and that as parents we have an accountability to nurture our child in the ways of God by: 6.1 Attending church services to the Church where we are attending. 6.2 Attending two (2) Bible Studies to be conducted by MOGLCI. 7. I shall cooperate with the school Board, Management and staff and it assign by subscribing to its vision, mission, objectives, policies and programs.
